Directions to: Coincrete Warehouse - 29 Castleham Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. TN38 9NS

From the M25...

• Take the A21 southbound towards Sevenoaks at junction 5.
  
• After approx. 40/50 minutes driving south on the A21, having passed Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Lamberhurst, Robertsbridge, Battle, etc. (see map below) you will go up a hill past the welcome sign indicating you have arrived at Hastings and go under a bridge over the A21 on the crest of the hill.
  
• Just after the bridge take the first right hand turn, just before Wilmoths - Citroen dealership on the right.
  
• Follow the road round to the right and up to the T-junction at the end.
  
• Turn left at the T-junction Go along to the end of the road to a roundabout.
  
• Take first left and head along the road, down under a bridge. (Beware of police speed traps!)
  
• Approximately 200 yards after the bridge the Rye, Hastings, & Bexhill Observer Newspaper offices will be found on your right. Turn right immediately after this building just before an Exhaust and MOT company.
  
• Follow the road uphill to the roundabout and take the last exit into Castleham Road.
  
• Continue along past the main office (on the left) and follow the road as it bears left.
  
• Number 29 is located on the left at the far end of the industrial units, opposite the Lynx building before you drop down the hill.
